Device Ownership and Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 31, 2026

All Unlock Experts provides device-related information and services only for lawful and authorised use.

This Device Ownership and Acceptable Use Policy explains the responsibilities of customers who submit a device-service request, purchase a service or use any feature of AllUnlockExperts.com.

By using this website, you confirm that you will provide accurate information and will not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that every device, account or service request submitted through All Unlock Experts is legitimate.

By submitting a request, you confirm that:

  • You own the device; or
  • You have permission from the lawful owner to manage the device
  • The device was not stolen or obtained through fraud
  • The information submitted is accurate
  • The requested service is permitted by applicable law
  • You are not attempting to access another person’s account without permission
  • You will not use the service to deceive a carrier, manufacturer, payment provider or another person

All Unlock Experts may refuse any request that appears suspicious, unlawful or inconsistent with this policy.

2. Devices You May Submit

You may submit a request for:

  • A device you purchased lawfully
  • A device given to you by its lawful owner
  • A business device you are authorised to manage
  • A customer’s device where you are an authorised repairer or service provider
  • A second-hand device obtained through a lawful transaction
  • A family member’s device where you have their permission

You must be able to explain your connection to the device when reasonably requested.

3. Prohibited Devices and Requests

You must not submit a request involving:

  • A stolen device
  • A lost device that does not belong to you
  • A device obtained through fraud or deception
  • A device connected to an account you are not authorised to access
  • A device reported as stolen or unlawfully obtained
  • A device being used to commit fraud
  • A request based on false ownership information
  • A request intended to interfere with another person’s rights
  • A request prohibited by applicable law or service-provider rules

The Criminal Offences Act 2025 of The Gambia includes offences relating to stolen property. All Unlock Experts therefore reserves the right to reject suspicious requests and preserve relevant records where necessary for security, fraud prevention or lawful cooperation.

4. Network and Carrier Unlocking

A network unlock generally removes an eligible carrier restriction so that a supported device may be used with another compatible network.

Submitting a network-unlocking request does not guarantee approval.

Eligibility may depend on:

  • Device model
  • Current carrier
  • Country or region
  • Device payment status
  • Contract status
  • Account status
  • Blacklist status
  • Technical compatibility
  • Carrier rules
  • Third-party supplier availability

Customers are responsible for checking the service description before ordering.

5. Account-Locked Devices

Some devices may be connected to:

  • Apple accounts
  • Google accounts
  • Samsung accounts
  • Manufacturer accounts
  • Carrier accounts
  • Business-management systems
  • Mobile-device-management systems

All Unlock Experts does not knowingly assist customers in gaining unauthorised access to another person’s account.

Customers must not submit:

  • Another person’s password
  • Stolen login credentials
  • Unauthorised account details
  • One-time verification codes belonging to another person
  • Information obtained through deception
  • Requests intended to defeat legitimate security controls

Where an account restriction exists, the customer may need to contact the manufacturer, carrier, employer or lawful account owner.

6. IMEI Information

An IMEI is a device-identification number used by mobile devices and networks.

Where an IMEI is required for a legitimate service, customers must submit the correct number.

All Unlock Experts does not provide or support:

  • IMEI alteration
  • IMEI cloning
  • IMEI falsification
  • Replacement of an IMEI with another device’s number
  • Activities intended to hide a stolen or blocked device
  • Fraudulent manipulation of device identity

IMEI information may be used only to assess, process or provide an authorised service.

7. Blacklisted or Reported Devices

A device may be blacklisted or restricted for reasons including:

  • Reported theft
  • Reported loss
  • Unpaid financial obligations
  • Insurance claims
  • Carrier restrictions
  • Fraud investigations
  • Account disputes

All Unlock Experts does not guarantee removal of a blacklist or restriction.

Where a device is reported stolen or lost, the customer should contact:

  • The lawful owner
  • The relevant carrier
  • The seller
  • The insurance provider
  • The appropriate authority

We may cancel a request where the device’s status creates a security, legal or fraud concern.

8. Second-Hand Devices

Customers purchasing second-hand devices should verify the device before paying.

Recommended checks include:

  • Confirming the seller’s identity
  • Checking the device model and serial details
  • Checking the IMEI status
  • Confirming that activation locks have been removed
  • Confirming that the device is not blacklisted
  • Requesting a purchase receipt
  • Testing the device
  • Confirming that no previous account remains connected

All Unlock Experts is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer’s purchase of a stolen, blocked, financed, misrepresented or unusable second-hand device.

9. Proof and Verification

All Unlock Experts may ask for additional information when a request appears unusual or requires further review.

This may include:

  • Purchase details
  • Device information
  • Seller information
  • Order records
  • Carrier information
  • An explanation of the customer’s connection to the device

A request for additional information does not mean that wrongdoing has been established.

Customers should not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive financial information unless specifically requested through an approved secure channel.

10. False or Misleading Information

Customers must not provide false, incomplete or misleading information.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect device status
  • False ownership claims
  • Incorrect IMEI information
  • False carrier information
  • False account details

  • Impersonating another person

Providing false information may result in:

14. Cooperation With Lawful Requests

All Unlock Experts may preserve or disclose relevant information where required by a valid legal process or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users or secure the website.

Any disclosure should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled according to the Privacy Policy.

  • Carrier refusal
  • Account restrictions
  • Blacklist status
  • Supplier unavailability
  • Technical limitations
